This is the cake I made for Nathan's birthday. He wanted upside down chocolate flan cake (Me: Huwha-?). So I found a recipe hereand made this masterpiece.
M'Kay, I don't even like flan, but this was fantastic! The flan had a real chessecakey taste to it and I'd wager to say that the piece I had this morning was even better than the one I had last night!!! Seriously, make it a day ahead if you can...
And Daddy liked it!!!

I am so glad I am not the only person who eats cake (or brownies, etc) in the morning before breakfast-Eduardo thinks I am a nut!
